Refunds and Returns

WHERE DO YOU SHIP FROM?

For all orders delivered in the United States, we ship from Austin, TX. For orders delivered outside of the United States, we ship from the United Kingdom. If you are based in Europe, we are IOSS registered, which means taxes are collected at checkout, rather than at the point of delivery so there are no additional unexpected taxes at import.

DELIVERY DETAILS

Delivery costs are additional to the displayed price and vary depending on the delivery address supplied when making the order. We make every effort to deliver goods within the estimated timescales, however delays are occasionally inevitable due to unforeseen factors. We shall be under no liability for any delay or failure to deliver the products within the estimated timescale.

RETURNING UNDAMAGED GOODS

If you change your mind about your order, you have the right to return your order within 14 days from the date of receipt if you are located in the UK and Europe. When returning your order, the product(s) must be returned in original packaging with tags and no cosmetic damage. Please contact us at contact@raven.gg to arrange a return.

Please note that with any pre-order campaigns, exchanges are very limited. For any inventory sent back for an exchange, if we are not able to honour the exchange we will go ahead and process a refund minus the original shipping cost on the order. Exchanges are not guaranteed on pre-order purchases.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

RETURNING DAMAGED OR INCORRECT GOODS

If you have taken delivery of a package and it or the contents have been damaged in transit, you can return the item(s) to us within 14 working days of receipt for exchange. Please contact us at contact@raven.gg if your order is damaged or incorrect.
